Refund Policy

If you sign up for Percofect and find it’s not a perfect fit, please email us the cancellation request to [email protected] from the registered email address. 

To process such a request sent by email, we may ask you to provide the following information: 

  • A brief comment explaining why you would like to cancel your service usage;
  • Your billing information (name, transaction ID, last 4 digits of the credit card associated with the account, billing date, etc.);
  • Email address;
  • Login name;
  • And other identity verification and/or authentication information.

Refund request

At Percofect, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee per the terms described herein. If you cancel your plan by this Policy within 7 calendar days of placing your plan order, we will, upon your written request, refund your prepaid fees within 30 calendar days. The refund will be processed through the same method as the original payment. Any bank fees shall be borne solely by you.

We reserve the right to reject your refund request if your request refers to the recurring payment or for some other reasons as could be described in Percofect Terms of Service.
